When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
Orders made are binding, when the customer confirms his order by paying the products or signed the agreement, the customer gives his consent to then start manufacturing the ordered goods, this means that the customer no longer has the right of withdrawal.

If someone orders in someone else's name and youwellpro suffers financially from it, the police report will be made and all information that Youwellpro has regarding the order will be sent to the police such as IP addresses ect.
· Invoice will be sent to the customer after the order has been placed. Payment for the total amount of ordered goods is made to the company account after the written agreement. You can also pay directly at checkout with Visa / mastercard. Transport costs are invoiced separately
4. Delivery / Transport
Our normal delivery times are 2-8 weeks. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are received no earlier than the Monday after. Note that longer delivery times can occur at high loads at the manufacturer (what may affect are holidays, holidays, ect)
Delivery is normally on weekdays 8-17 to the nearest gate, gate or garage driveway.
In exceptional cases, delivery can also take place during holidays.
Relief or support is NOT included!

· Youwellpro offers a 1-year factory warranty and a 3-year warranty under the Consumer Purchase Act.
· Warranty does not apply when the product has been changed in appearance or function, rebuilding or other changes / damage or do not follow maintenance advice. The warranty is affected even if the product is placed in an environment for which it is not intended or where we advise against the product in the requested environment.
· Order confirmation or quotation serves as proof of warranty.

8.1 How do you go about complaining?

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from a supplier, road conditions, traffic disruptions or other circumstances that Youwell Pro does not control.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this site as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
We have samples of products for the customers who want it, Youwellpro is not responsible for the decision to enter into an agreement or place an order without first checking the samples.
