How do I place an order?

- You go to www.youwellpro.se and click on the product you are interested in, choose color and number. Then when you are satisfied you press put in the

shopping basket and then follow the instructions for payment of the goods.

 

 

How long does the delivery take?

- All our products have a delivery time between 2-8 weeks depending on our manufacturers' workload.

 

 

Are my products saved in the customer basket if I have been logged in but have logged out?

- Yes, all the goods you put in the shopping cart will remain if you have created an account with us.

 

 

Can I follow my order on the website?

- If you have created an account with us, you can follow your order in my pages on orders. Youwell PRO also sends e-mails when updating when it is ready to be sent and sent.

 

 

What do I do if the product is broken during delivery?

- In order for the right of return to transport damage to apply, the following measures must be taken upon delivery.

- Check that the packaging is complete and that there are no tears or visible damage on the packaging. Take a picture of the damage as this is a good way to document it.

- If an injury exists, this must be communicated to the driver and the bill of lading is not signed.

Can I undo my purchase?

- Unfortunately, it is not possible to regret the purchase once it has gone through. When we only sell custom-made furniture and all our furniture and fabrics are just designed for you. But you always have the right to refuse our quotes or regret you before the agreement is signed.

How do I delete my account?

- Log in to your account, go to my pages. At the bottom stands the exit account. Follow the instructions and your account will be disabled.

 

 

What happens if my item that has been delivered does not meet my expectations?

- Youwell Pro is not responsible for it, but if you feel unsure before ordering contact us then we will try to help you in the best way for what you are looking for and try to match your wishes.
